The Vercel team is honestly one of the best out there. This morning while checking the platform I spotted a small UX issue. I DMed @okbel, as I usually do, and just a few hours later it was already fixed. This is what makes a difference: they don’t hide behind “please create a ticket,” they actually care about the custome and act fast. That’s probably why some teams succeed, they stay close to their customers and ship as quickly as possible.
