We've found and fixed a memory leak in Next.js when using Turbopack in development. It scales with the amount of outputs paths and requests. Larger applications benefit the most. One Turbopack trace we received showed a ~20% reduced memory usage. Great work by @wSokra and @lukeisandberg! Released on next@canary. Coming to stable soon
