Turbopack filesystem caching for "next dev" is moving to stable soon. It restores compilation work across rebooting the development server, making it much faster to open pages after they're compiled the very first time. Feedback received so far is that it makes a huge difference for the majority of applications. You can give it a try today with the experimental config.
